About Us
Betsy Fields is a mother, entrepreneur and design professional who treasures connection to the land and its harvest. The From the Fields' granola recipe comes from her life engaged healthy communities in Florida, Colorado and California. She believes in local, small-scale organic produce and loves to support farmers (and eaters!) by creating nourishing and delicious foods. When friends told her that her granola was habit-forming, she began to experiment with production for local groceries and is now ramping up to serve a dozen stores in her area.
